I'm Alexis Oliphant, the proud owner and baker of Simply Sweet Bakeshop! Baking has been my lifelong passion, and I'm thrilled to have turned it into a reality with my very own bakery. Since March 2022, we've been whipping up delicious treats for all sorts of special occasions, from birthdays to weddings, baby showers and so much more.
